I decided to rent a car from this company mainly because they were practically the only rental agency in Paphos that offered all the conditions that were extremely important to me: payment without a credit card, full insurance at a reasonable price and therefore no deposit, pick-up at their city office and drop-off at the airport, as well as the option of a short-term rental without any minimum number of rental days. They had absolutely everything I was looking for.

The reservation process was very easy and was handled entirely by email, without any advance payment, which was also a good sign for me that this was a legitimate rental company and not some kind of scam. A few days before the rental, I contacted them again just to make sure that all the agreed dates, times and pick-up and drop-off locations were correct, and they confirmed everything very quickly.

On the day of the rental, everything at the office was sorted out in just over 10 minutes. Payment could be made in cash, and, as agreed, they did not take any deposit from us because we had chosen full insurance.

When they showed us the car, there was a little surprise because we had originally booked a really small Toyota Vitz, but instead we received a slightly larger Toyota Sienta in a very unique colour. For our three-day rental, the colour obviously didn't matter at all, and getting a slightly larger car than what we had booked, without any additional charge, was actually a nice bonus. The car worked perfectly throughout the rental and we had no problems with it. The only slightly unusual thing was the very small fuel tank, which meant a range of only around 400 km, but that is simply a characteristic of that particular car and certainly not something I would blame the rental company for.

The only minor negative was that the car was provided with the fuel tank about 5/8 full rather than completely full. This is, of course, just my personal preference, but I prefer receiving a car with a full 8/8 tank, as it means you don't immediately have to think about where and when to refuel, especially when the car has a range of only around 400 km. I also find it much simpler to return the car with a full tank, as you simply fill it up completely before returning it rather than having to calculate exactly how much fuel you need to add to bring it back to the same level.

One day before returning the car, we received a notification saying that we were supposed to return it the following day at their office near Larnaca Airport. This caused a little panic because we had specifically agreed that we would return the car at their office near Paphos Airport. I immediately contacted them via WhatsApp, and they replied within just a few minutes. They explained that there had been some kind of mistake and confirmed that we could return the car at the Paphos Airport office as originally agreed, with no problems whatsoever.

When we paid for the rental, they had also told us that they would drive us to the airport after we returned the car, as their office is a few kilometres away from the airport. When I checked this again with them via WhatsApp before the return, they confirmed it once again.

The actual return of the car was also completely hassle-free. We handed over the car and they drove us directly to the airport as agreed.

Overall, I have nothing but praise for this rental company. From the initial reservation and communication to the pick-up, the car itself and the return, everything went exactly as agreed. I especially appreciated how flexible they were and the fact that they offered practically every condition we needed without unnecessary complications or additional charges.

I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a rental car in Cyprus. Based on our experience, they fully deserve the highest possible rating!

Booked the car at the very last minute — and never regretted it for a second. Christos explained and showed us everything, calmly and thoroughly.
